A Letter to Anna Hazare, Arvind Kejrival, Swami Agnivesh, Kiran Bedi
& all associated India against corruption team.

Anti corruption movement must be taken upto extreme. We all have to
work hard with clean means, with mission to upgrade every lowest
stratum of people and in all areas of corruptions. We must break
mentality of” cloud burst, impossible to repair” in every associated
activist. We have seen and win in lokpal bill matter, Hon.annaji and
team has made it.congrates all, this success has revived positivity in
all activists.
We are on anti corruption movement so, Communication, sharing
problems, associating issues, imparting knowledge and motivating by
add on more and more success story must be basic work of our movement.
All national and common issues are there, but, we would like to share
actual situation in different issues (main top ten), which we have
taken as part of anti corruption movement in Surat and Gujarat.
1. Stree bhrun hatya-female feticide-is a highest in Gujarat. daily
more than 1000 girls (in surat only)are killed before taking birth and
violations of PC&PNDT Act and Violation of human rights of girls ,who
want to take birth and live on earth. Surat has the lowest girl child
ratio in 0 to 6 age range. Violence is at highest. Violence is by
product of corruption. Further due to this gender imbalance, rapes on
minor girls are increased, hijacking and murder cases of minor girls
are increased. Use of sonography is uncontrolled. Unregistered
sonography machines are widely used. In Surat 2500plus sonography
machines are there and only 460 sonography machines are registered.
Even crime of surrogacy outsourcing is increased in Gujarat. As per
international medical tourism surrogacy data which are officially
registered, are more than 20000 per year. It’s a crime only associated
with corruption. When we use RTI we never get information appeals are
increased, no cases get resolved intime.government do only show biz.
just like Beti Bachao and Beti vadhao etc. even after sting operation
by our organizations ,media report, witnesses, video recordings and
allied proofs, district appropriate authorities are not filing proper
court cases and cases are filed with organized loop holes, criminal
doctors and sonography clinics are getting its benefits and killing of
girls are increasing. Gujarat government not has established state
advisory committee till today. Meetings of State supervisory board are
not regular and not sincere. Contempt of court and violation of
pc&PNDT act done by government and as per RTI proactive disclosure
clause no month wise data of child sex ratio for every villages/wards,
avails on web site or even cannot get as public information. Handy,
Chinese, mobile, assembles sonography machines are unregistered and
easily available without billings. Conviction rate is nil. Gujarat is
no 1 in girl’s killings.
2. Land acquition,misuse and loss of agriculture land, illegal mining
and transportation of minerals and sand , and illegal construction
related issues-slums, Agricultural and displacement issues,SIR,SEZ
increasing cases of contempt of Gujarat high court and neglecting
judiciary system by political and public administration. jantry rate
revisions and impact fee and Non agricultural proceedings are being
made to increase organized corruption. Land acquision act’s public
interest clause mainly used to motivate corruption.
3. multi nationals who are exploiting citizen in new way- Torrent
Power LTD surat-Ahmadabad-Gandhinagar and all India case. GAIL India
ltd, Gujarat Gas, Nirma cement factory, misuse of public private
partnership –PPP concept. increased monopoly in essential commodity
distribution in electricity, Gas,water distribution, makes legal
black mailing, which creates established organized crime in system by
election fund.
4. Organized and unorganized sectors Workers exploitation is at
extreme in Gujarat and Surat. All types of labors in all types of
segments, hawkers, unorganized labors, contract labors are exploited.
Even after having recovery order by labor court, revenue proceeding to
recover and compensate workers is pending more than 15 years. PF, ESI,
factory act, industrial safety and health even occupational health
issues are neglected. Workers are losing trust from unions and Gujarat
public administration and judiciary so family suicide cases are
increased. In Surat by using police force self generated workers
movement is suppressed. Workers leaders are framed in wrong cases and
drawn as naxalites.
5. Environmental issues-pollution is at the highest level, above and
underground natural resources are polluted, misuse of natural
resources like Air, water, underground water increased. Food
adulteration, and other pollution related, increased pesticides usage
made public health on threats. Rivers and coastal areas too polluted.
Lakhs of fish are found killed on every beach of sea. Bird killing is
highest in Gujarat. Wind mill policy of Gujarat has no words to save
birds. Maximum wind mills are sanctioned in prohibited areas like
coastal & river, forest, highway periphery, nearby sanctionaries.
6. Social crimes and neglecting social empowerment issues-increased
crime rate and atrocities cases. Rights of dalits, adivashi issues are
increasing in courts.BPL holders are not getting benefit as government
declaration. Electricity at1.50 RS per unit not given
7. Jiv daya abhiyan-animal cruelties-increased threats on all spices
living in Gujarat. Ghau hatya (cows killings) in Gandhi’s Gujarat is
increased even though BJP, HINDU government and related law. Only 8%
approximate Muslims are there so we cannot blame on them. Government
is not having concrete will to implement. Forest is decreasing.
Gauchers lands are encroached and are not in proportionate with
animal’s numbers of villages. Industrialization, urbanization created
migrations and converted in slums pockets. All rivers are polluted by
open industrial waste drains.
8. Education reform issues-no implementation of RTE. Government is not
prepared to provide free primary education. Government has not
planning to provide primary school within 3 km and circular published
to close schools have less than 100 students.
9. Increased cases of public money misuse and, authority abuse and
black money generation by system. Increased crime rate-rapes,
hijacking, murders, dacoits, etc non registration of FIRs.
Cancellations of B and C summary cases by court, PASA and manipulated
naxalites and related cases. Central to state government schemes like
Narega, jnnurm, NRHM, PDS-public distribution systems, toll tax
collection system and traffic related issues.licence raj is not
demolished and is outburst in new form. Unnecessary industrializations
are increased and no carbon credits are concern for government.SEZ,
SIR, new GIDC, specific zones and issues of infrastructural
development costs more with respect to utility.
10. Health reform issues.incresed pesticides have made worst
conditions of Gujarat people. Mental stress is increased and mental
patients are increased. Suicide rates increased.population per square
km area is highest in Surat and its makes new complications. Pressure
on infrastructure development and disaster management programs. More
than 250 Manhole scavengers are died in manual cleaning of manholes,
even after technologies and laws. All are contracted and in regular
work court rulings are to have regular workers not contracted workers.
Many issues are there and we all are committed to have real freedom,
by providing every citizen fresh looks of democracy.
